With 16+ years of industry experience, including five years as co-founder of Upstrive Consulting, Priyabrata specializes in sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent for startups in E-commerce, M-commerce, product development, and R&D. He brings expertise in talent mapping, strategic hiring, market intelligence, and building high-performing teams.
